Apple Toffee Scones

This is the scone that started it all. Warm from the oven, golden and sweet, it was the very first thing Clara served Bastian the day he walked into her bakery, and her life. With hints of apple, buttery toffee, and maybe just a little magic, it’s the flavor of something unexpected… and the beginning of everything.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 apple, finely chopped
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: cinnamon sugar topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly.

  3. Stir in apple and toffee. Add cream and vanilla.

  4. Form into a circle, cut into wedges.

  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
