Blueberry Muffins

These muffins taste like sunbeams, friendship, and the kind of gossip that’s always shared over warm mugs and belly laughs.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Whisk dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients.
- Combine and fold in blueberries gently.
- Scoop into muffin tins. Bake 20–25 mins.
